CHBA PRESENTS THE NET ZERO HOME PROGRAM BRANDING

On Wednesday, October 26th at the Net Zero Energy Housing Council meeting, members were the first to get a look at the new Net Zero Home branding. It included the new Program name, logo, and tagline as well as key messaging such as the “elevator pitch” and some language/copy on the main benefits of these homes. Qualified stakeholder logos, a PowerPoint template, and the usage guidelines were also highlighted. The logo was shown in a couple applications such as on a lawn sign and plaque for the home which provided Council members the opportunity to suggest other applications that they would be interested in.

The presentation was very well received by the Council members, and was the beneficiary of a rousing round of applause. More information will be made available over the next few weeks and work on a consumer website will be completed in preparation for the public launch of version 1. Stay tuned as more tools and resources are made available!

CHBA members can access the October 26th NZC meeting summary and slide decks in the NZC Portal here.
